Our Company has been in the Dental Staffing Industry since 1997. Originally Founded in Monterey, CA by a Dental Hygienist who was looking for more options in employment, we have grown to be a leader in the dental staffing industry. Through the years, we have consistently worked to improve our processes in order to better serve the needs of both Jobseekers and Employers.
This experience has given us a unique understanding of the Dental Staffing Industry. We understand the importance of flexibility, quality, reliability, and know the satisfaction of finding an employer/employee combination that fits just right. Our goal is to put dental employee's and dental employer's together. We strive to match the priorities of the dental office to the priorities of the dental professional.
In June of 2005, we made the decision to bring our experience and expertise to the internet. We wanted to create a website that would accomplish what we have been successfully doing for the past nine years; matching dental employees with employers.
Knowing that the Dental Industry is unique in its need for fill-in workers, we felt that it was critical not only to allow Perm Job matching, but also to include Temp Job matching. With this in mind, we created an online date calendar capable of handling this critical function.
We believe that we have created a site that is more powerful and cost effective than any other alternative available on the market today.
