Oral Surgery Assistant

Surgical assistant (SA) responsibilities include assisting the Oral Surgeon during procedures such as wisdom teeth removal, dental implant placement, biopsies, and other oral surgery procedures. Also, but not limited to, SA must insure surgical instruments are properly cleaned and sterilized prior to procedures, be able to take digital X-rays and CBCT scans, and  to assist during IV and nitrous oxide sedation procedures.
