I have recieved a new temporary password, but it doesn't work.
Copy and paste the password rather than typing it in. If you type it in, you may be typing a 1 (one the number), when it is actually a l (L lower case). NOTE: cASe matters when entering passwords. Also, if you have requested a new password more than once, only the most recent request will be active. So make sure you are using the password given in your most recent request.
