DENTAL ASSISTANT POSITION – CLINICAL / EFFICIENCY FOCUSED

Established dental practice seeking a highly organized, clinically strong Dental Assistant who prioritizes efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in patient care.
Core Responsibilities:
Chairside assisting across general and restorative procedures
Proficient use of Dentrix for charting, scheduling coordination, and documentation
Invisalign workflow support (attachments, delivery, patient instruction)
Accurate digital impressions using iTero scanner
High-quality radiographs (digital X-rays) with proper technique
Strict adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols
Operatory turnover with attention to speed and detail
Maintain clinical flow and anticipate provider needs

Qualifications:
Prior dental assisting experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of Dentrix, Invisalign systems, and iTero scanning
Detail-oriented with consistent clinical execution
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Clear, professional communication with patients and team members
