-Registered Dental Assistant: RDA, RDAEF, RDAEF2
-Needed for a high profile general cosmetic practice. We are located in the heart of Beverly Hills. Looking for a professional, energetic, punctual, team- oriented assistant with great people skills. Good at multi-tasking, and very organized.
-7+ yrs experience minimum please. must be VERY available Mon- Fri from 8am - 5pm with poss of overtime M-F as well. Benefits offered with waiting period.
-MUST have Dentrix / Dexis knowledge. Assist chair-side, take patient records, impressions, xrays. Assist with lab tasks as needed.
Duties:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during dental procedures
- Take X-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience with X-Ray procedures
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties
- Ability to perform patient assessments and record vital signs
- Skilled in techniques for infection control
- Experience with dental software Dentrix is mandatory
